For parents & adult organisers
A birthday with a game plan.
Start with the players’ ages and your preferred date. We’ll help you work out whether to join a public session or enquire about having the arena exclusively for your party.
Get everyone equipped
Hire is available for players without kit. Confirm the package and protection supplied, the equipment charge and clothing guidance before sharing the party details.
Plan the rest of the visit
Ask about food, drink and arrangements for non-playing adults. Supervision, parental consent and any drop-off arrangements need confirmation with the venue.
Have these details ready.
Send them by email or discuss them with the team by phone. An enquiry does not reserve a session.
- Preferred date and whether another date could work
- Approximate player count and broad age range
- How many players need equipment hire
- Whether you would like to discuss food and drink
Private hire is for groups of 8 to 20 players and must be booked online. Hire rifles are paid for on the day. Doors open 30 minutes before every session. Enquiries do not reserve a session.
