The Kill House is operated by Gibbons Family Limited.

Booking your session

Bookings continue through the existing BookNow service. Available sessions, options and the final payable amount are confirmed there. Please read the terms provided during that booking process.

A website enquiry does not book a place or reserve the arena. Private hire must be booked online for groups of 8–20 people. Hire rifles are paid for on the day.

Playing safely and responsibly

Players must attend the briefing, use required protection correctly and follow marshal instructions. Removing or lifting protection in the arena can result in the session ending and the player being asked to leave.

Players removed for breaking site rules receive no refund. This does not affect statutory rights.

Cancellations and no-shows

For cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled session start time, you can choose a full refund or one date change, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session start time.

Email us with your booking reference to request a cancellation or date change. The notice period is measured from your scheduled session start time. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you do not attend your booked session (a no-show), no refund or rescheduling is available.

If we cancel your session

If The Kill House needs to close or cancel your session for any reason, we will give as much notice as possible. You can choose another available date or a refund for the cancelled session.

Players under 18

A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for every player under 18 before they can take part. They must remain at the venue for the player’s first game, after which they may leave and return to collect the player at the end of the session.

Late arrivals

You must complete check-in and the safety briefing before playing. Staff will accommodate late arrivals when practical, but entry may be delayed or refused if a briefing cannot safely be provided. There is no session extension or refund for playing time missed because you arrive late. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Hire equipment: damage and loss

You are responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for equipment lost or damaged through misuse, negligence or deliberate actions. There is no charge for normal wear, equipment faults or damage arising from normal permitted play. Any replacement charge will reflect the item’s age and condition.

Staff will check equipment when issuing and returning it, document any damage and explain any proposed charge before requesting payment. Please report faults or damage to a marshal promptly.

Private-hire payment

Private hire must be booked online, with hire rifles paid for on the day. The payment amount and timing shown in BookNow apply to your booking. We are confirming the online payment setup before publishing a separate deposit or balance policy.

Company details still to be confirmed

The registered or business correspondence address and company number have not yet been supplied. The venue address must not be assumed to be the registered or correspondence address.
